- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Schedule appointments, maintain the Director’s events calendar, and send reminders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, provide necessary materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
- Oversee the Director's office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional. *Requirements:*
- Good in written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin. *Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.*
- 1-2 years related working experience in secretarial and administration areas.
- Proven experience or knowledge of legal terminology and document management systems
- Effective handling the different levels of people.
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and adaptability to changes.
- Highly confidential in handling director’s matters and to give priority in taking care of superior’s interest. Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
