As a Sales Team Lead at MYSense Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You will lead a group of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also collaborate closely with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for individuals with several years of experience in a leadership or management role, who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and a track record of successfully generating growth and profitability. A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role.

**What is the essential duties?**
- Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives.
- Assist in setting sales quotas and targets for the team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Execution:

- Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals.
- Assist team members in generating and managing leads, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and accomplishments to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

**Education backgrounds (min)**:
Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

**Min years of experience**:
5 - 8 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 3-5 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.

**Good to have experience**:

- **Years of experience in Corporate Sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets**:

- **Advertising Agency Experience**:

- **Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service and market dynamics.**:

- **Industry-Specific Knowledge**: Experience in a particular industry pharmaceutical, F&B, Automotive can be advantageous.
- **Client Management Experience**:

- Digital Marketing - Meta Business Managers, FB, IG Ads
- Influencer Marketing - Influencer’s Analytic tools

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
