The Job:

- Responsible to provide merchandising support to merchandiser on buying.
- Compile purchase order and monitor forecast on purchase order.
- Process invoices, prepare allocation list, track and check shipment advices and ensure all related documents are dispatched to respective departments.
- Track, review and analyse pending purchase order with merchandiser.
- Follow up on shortages, overdue delivery and prepare proforma invoice.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skills: MS Excel Intermediate, credit in mathematics.
- Required languages: BM, English and Mandarin.
- Strong and determine person, result oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Positive and jovial, multi-tasking and resilient.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Excel Pivot: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
