**The Role**
As AZYA Boutique Assistant, you will be responsible in assisting customer’s needs, providing great customer service experience, as well as acquiring and maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and new potential customers. Apart from selling, you are also be responsible for the stocking, cashiering transaction, visual merchandising, and as well as tidying up the shop floor. This position will be based at our Boutique, AZYA located in Kuala Selangor.
**Job Duties**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Handling customers inquiries and following up closely
- Meet daily and monthly sales target
- Ensure store’s cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, in order for smooth daily operations
- Taking cash and credit payment and making sure both balanced
- Perform any ad hoc duties when necessary as required
- Capable of managing company's social medias such as FB Page, Instagram and TikTok
- Presentable and capable of prosecuting TikTok Live is bonus
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian female, aged between 19 - 27 years old
- Must possess at least SPM / STPM
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- A passion and genuine love for retail and customer service - always thinking of the customer first
- An outgoing and warm personality who enjoys interacting and connecting with people
- Self-motivated and sales driven person
- Highly energetic with a positive and infectious energy
