**Key Role**:

- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Thai Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
