We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to join our team. As an Assistant Admin (Foreign Worker), you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our organization, with a specific focus on assisting our foreign workers. You will ensure smooth operations by handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, with a particular focus on assisting foreign workers.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and other relevant documents related to foreign workers.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations for foreign workers.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to foreign workers, such as work permits, employment passes, and visa renewals.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and foreign workers, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing necessary support.
- Assist in arranging accommodations, transportation, and other logístical requirements for foreign workers.
- Support the HR department in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.**:

- **Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to supporting foreign workers**.
- **Familiarity with immigration and labor regulations related to foreign workers is a strong asset.**:

- **Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.**:

- **Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).**:

- **Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.**:

- **Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.**:

- **Must have driver license and a car**
