**The opportunity**:
As Manager, Partnership Projects, you will be responsible for planning, managing and driving project roll-out for the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. You will be coordinating project workstreams across various functions (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Tech, Operations) and solving problems between our external partners and internal teams. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Partnerships of airasia Super App.

- Education background from either law, accounting, economics, commerce, finance, engineering. Having one or more of the following industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, CSM or PMI-ACP - would be an advantage.
- 3-7 years working experience with e-commerce, digital platform businesses or major professional services/consultancy firms.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing business projects, with project experience in business development or corporate transactions (M&As, joint ventures) being a significant advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, enjoys problem solving, comfortable working with colleagues from various backgrounds and personalities.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
- Be the liaison point between external partners and internal teams (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Tech), ensure that deliverables meet all timelines, and vet through deliverables to ensure that projects are executed to the intention of both parties.
- Provide regular status reports on projects and escalate and solve issues that arise, working together with internal teams to take corrective action as needed.
- Monitor project performance post-launch to ensure business KPIs are met, and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness of future projects.
- Be an advocate and driver of positive change within the organisation, be it via product enhancements, process improvements or new revenue streams.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Good relationship and stakeholder management
- Able to build, manage and preserve relationships between internal and external stakeholders, including leading and facilitating meetings, presentations and dialogues to make progress on partnership projects and solve problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good communicator with fluent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in English language.
- Ability to structure, organise and present complex issues and to propose recommendations based on facts and data in a clear and concise manner using written reports and presentation slides.
- Critical and creative problem-solving
- Ability to pre-empt, analyse and understand problems and roadblocks, and work together with various teams to propose and execute solutions.
- Ability to assess risks and dependencies and coordinate project workstreams to manage and mitigate accordingly.
- Comfortable solving problems in unstructured and complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
