**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and leading a team of 40 talented individuals.
- Developing innovative menus that showcase diverse culinary delights, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience across **All-Day Dining, Poolside, and Room Service.**:

- Leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously staying abreast of the latest culinary trends, techniques, and best practices, ensuring offerings are at the forefront of gastronomic innovation.

**Requirements**:
3-4 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.

A profound understanding of global cuisines and the ability to curate menus that excite and delight discerning palates.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, adept at managing large-scale operations with precision and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.

**Salary: 60K+13 months salary**
