About The Job
We are looking to hire a Commercial Excellence Manager to support sales managers with commercial and pricing data analysis and insights for our cluster (Southeast Asia & Oceania). As well as Cluster Owner of OneCRM, Lead Management, Voice of Customer and Customer Segmentation process.
Key tasks:
- Drive the Customer Intelligence area within the Cluster, including OneCRM, lead management, customer segmentation and commercial data analysis
- Lead and support Customer Intelligence team within the Cluster
- Identifying clear customer-related data patterns and combining it for creating business impact
- Implement a coherent Voice of the Customer program
What you know?
- 7+ years of experience within the field of lead management and CRM systems
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in analysing and presenting commercial data
- Well versed in coordinating customer segmentation
- Communication skills in English both verbal and written
