**Job Purpose**: Handle foreign workers payroll, daily administrative and human resources duties.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Processing foreign workers payroll administration
- Ensuring that compensation for overtime work is calculated at the appropriate rate and that annual leave is calculated accordingly.
- Processing the statutory of the foreign workers like SOCSO
- Managing foreign workers master list data
- Assist in managing the personal file.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent education required.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High integrity and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A team player who is self-motivated.
- Minimum 1 year of human resources or payroll experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
**Location**: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
