Responsible to provide the overall day-to-day office administration function for the Chairman - Responsible to manage and ensure conducive and efficient filing system for Company's confidential files - Responsible to manage and report daily calendar for the Chairman with flexibility and problem-solving to make any adjustments and prioritization for changes. - To manage and screen all incoming calls, external and internal correspondence for the Chairman. - Attending all meetings and to prepare reports/minutes of meeting as required.
