Promote the profile of the Kindergarten to external audiences through Social Media Platforms.
- Attend to parent inquiries via WhatsApp, messaging, and enrollment calls.
- Front office duties such as engaging with walk-in parents, attending to feedback, handling complaints, and other inquiries.
- Conduct on-site tours for potential parents.
- Provide education guidance for families.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for Kindergarten services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
- Involved in closing sales after attending to parent inquiries, ensuring effective conversion of inquiries into enrollments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in client relations, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with parents and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of advertising and promotional techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or parent engagements.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting the mission and values of the kindergarten.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
