Client Relations Executive

Job Scope: -Develop new customers opportunities and maintain good relationship with new, potential and existing customers -Identify client's potential concerns and facilitating solutions to them. -Collaborate with internal teams to meet with clients’ needs and queries. -Handle clients’ feedbacks and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. - Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution. - Continuously monitor clients' industry trends to ensure that the company provides them with the products and services they need. - Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. - Assist in other duties assigned from time to time. Requirements: - At least 1 year of relevant work experience - Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in English and must be able to read and write in Mandarin. Korean language is an advantage. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Ability to work across diverse culture and under pressure. - Able to work independently and in a team with a high sense of responsibility and consideration.
The company's main business activity is to import items from China as per purchase order and deliver to the clients. The company is mainly involved in B2B (wholesale). Most of our clients are Korean companies in Malaysia.
