**Listing Updates and Figures**:

- Provide regular updates on open house events and relevant figures.
- Check and share PropNex backend research for data-driven decision-making.

**Viewing Coordination and Documentation**:

- Prepare comprehensive viewing factsheets for property showings.
- Update accounts and invoices related to property transactions.

**Client Updates and Relationship Management**:

- Conduct regular market comparisons to inform clients.
- Maintain and update a shared Excel folder for client information.
- Facilitate property viewings and communicate details to agents.
- Coordinate client gifts for birthdays and events.

**Sales Process**:

- Use Privyr (CRM Tool) to check leads and streamline client interactions.
- Assist sales advisors in the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing admin for effective marketing plans.

**Internal Processes**:

- Manage accurate property information for valid owners.
- Handle back-end operations using checklists for smooth processes.

**Exclusive Listings Preparation**:

- Prepare documents and coordinate media coverage for exclusive listings.
- Collaborate with vendors for property tours to enhance visibility.

**Financial and People Management**:

- Submit daily and weekly receipts to the accountant.
- Perform monthly reconciliation in Excel for financial accuracy.
- Process payslips for vendors and manage leave records for team members.

**Operations and Client Figures Updates**:

- Provide weekly updates on operations and client figures to stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience or internship in similar role.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Approachable with a passion for interacting with people.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with fully remote work.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Can work independently with resilience and integrity.
- People-oriented, enthusiastic about cold calling, sales, and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
