**DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**

The Employee Services Administrator supports the Human Resources (HR) Function through providing a flexible and professional HR service to Line Management and employees, through full alignment of employee related strategies, Subsea 7 policy, and relevant legislation.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. Additionally, creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities;**
- Provide employee administration processing within a Shared Service team for Asia Pacific and Middle East which among others include on-boarding/off-boarding, employee life cycle, cross border transfer, employees’ documents management, leave and benefits administrations.
- Strive for effective HR operations, focused on quality and standards.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all HR data (manual & electronic).
- Work closely with internal HR team to develop and implement quality and process improvement.
- Drive and implement HR Projects and participate in Regional & Global HR initiatives.

**Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge;**
- Tertiary education in any background.
- Preferably within at least 5-years HR administration experience in a corporate or Shared Service environment.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographical areas in HR is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and SAP is mandatory.
- Strong team player with ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with SuccessFactor is preferred.
