**1. About Us**

- Currently, MIMS Career is located in Menara Amcorp in Petaling Jaya, Selangor which is accessible from Taman Jaya LRT (a 5min walk). There is plenty of convenient parking area around the buildings for those who have vehicles.

**2. Job Description**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in nursing recruitment, primarily in Australia.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.

**3. Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 4-5 year's experience in global sales, preferably in healthcare recruitment or related industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, international healthcare regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build influence decision-makers at all levels.
- High level of problem-solving ability, particularly in navigating complex client relationships and internal team dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**4. Location and Travel**

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and involves several trips to Australia and other international locations per year as required by business needs.
