- As a Customer Experience Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
- You'll be responsible for managing and executing various tasks to ensure seamless project transmission and client satisfaction. Your duties will include initiating, tracking, and supporting jobs, as well as managing client portfolios to drive revenue growth through effective communication and service delivery.
- Working closely with multiple departments, you'll proactively manage client accounts and contribute to the overall success of our organization
- you'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of customer experience by providing exceptional service, support, and communication.
- Your role will involve executing traffic duties, managing client contacts, and resolving client issues promptly to ensure continuous client delight.
**Requirements**:
- A least 3-5 years experience in Media/Advertising/Post Production
- Must have English fluency, verbal and written
- Knowledge of Print and/or TV workflows
- A least 3-5 years experience in Media/Advertising/Post Production
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
