**Responsibilities**
- HR operations and administrative tasks, such as employee cycle management (**onboarding/ offboarding), employees' benefits, **HR** **related government forms and processes.
- Participate in recruitment process that involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals.
- Administrative tasks, such as **general office management, stationery supplies, organising office activities, vendor management**, business trip management.
- Follow group policies, in the meantime, make adjustments according to local laws and regulations to develop local policies.
- Support day to day office operations and other ad hoc tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource or any relevant discipline.
- **At least 4-6 years+ relevant working experience (tech savvy or start-up experience will be a big plus)**:
- Independent, creative, resourceful, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong competitive market awareness.
- Quick learner who is positive, resilient and able to work in a VOCA and meeting tight deadlines.
