**Position Title**
- Human Resource Specialist / Associate

**Industry**

- Compensation & Benefits Administration - To handle all aspects of payroll for all employees such as inputting of new hires data, calculation of overtime / timesheets / monthly expenses claims, final salary settlement, basic invoicing etc.
- Responsible for the registration or submission of statutory contributions, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN etc.
- Staff Management & Discipline - Terminations of contract including staff grievance handling.
- Work closely with store managers to obtain employees’ monthly attendance, OT hours, expenses claims, leave updates, working performance etc.
- Responsible to project management, writing, and organizational skills
- Manage the provision of timely, consistent support and advice to managers, employees, and external parties ensuring compliance with employment legislation, S+N and local policies and good employment practice.
- Manage the effective and cost-efficient administration of end-to-end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.

**Requirements**:

- Well-versed in latest Malaysia Employment Law, labour regulations, HR policies and some basic administration works.
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Highly initiative with ability to work independently.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Any other tasks assigned as and when required.
