**Role Summary**: As a **Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our products. Your passion for helping others, combined with your language proficiency, will make a significant impact on our brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Assist with inquiries related to product orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Address general health and wellness questions with empathy and accuracy.
- **Communication**:
- Engage in meaningful conversations, understanding individual needs, and tailoring solutions.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Familiarize yourself with our diverse product range.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and safety.
- **Engagement**:
- Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
- Share wellness tips and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update databases with relevant information.
- **Social Media Monitoring**:
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in **Mandarin** (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills in **English**.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for health and wellness.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
