As an E-Healing Chat Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and empathetic support to individuals seeking assistance with emotional well-being. Working within a non-voice environment, you will primarily communicate with clients through text-based chat platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Active Listening: Skillfully listen to clients' concerns, empathize with their emotions, and provide a safe and supportive space for them to express themselves.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and relevant information on mental health resources, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies.
- Crisis Management: Respond calmly and effectively to crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including any relevant information or actions taken.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and external resources to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest mental health trends, best practices, and resources.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Simplified Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
