职责：
- **客户服务**：通过电话、电子邮件或社交媒体及时准确地处理客户的询问和投诉。向客户提供产品和服务信息，并识别增销机会。
- **沟通**：用普通话和英语有效地与客户、团队成员和管理层进行沟通。将客户的需求和反馈转化为公司可以采取行动的洞察。
- **解决问题**：通过澄清客户的投诉、确定问题的原因、选择并解释最佳解决方案，并进行后续跟进以确保问题得到解决。
- **文档记录**：通过在CRM系统中更新账户信息来维护客户记录。记录客户的互动和交易，记录询问、投诉和评论的详细信息。
- **团队协作**：与其他部门（包括销售、市场营销和技术团队）紧密合作，以确保提供无缝的客户体验。

资格：
- 普通话母语者，具有出色的普通话和英语书面和口头沟通技巧。
- 在客户服务、销售或其他相关领域的工作经验。
- 对直销行业的了解是一个加分项。
- 强大的解决问题的能力。
- 能够设置优先级并处理多任务。
- 精通Microsoft Office套件和CRM系统。

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)Job Description:
We are seeking a **Mandarin Speaker** to join our team as a **Customer Service Representative**. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global leader in the direct selling industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management in both Mandarin and English. Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights for the company.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system. Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Knowledge of direct selling industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
