**Job Title**: Social Chat Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

We are seeking a **Social Chat Support Specialist** who is fluent in **Mandarin** and English to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with our customers through various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries via social media channels promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Multilingual Support**: Provide support in both Mandarin and English to cater to our diverse customer base.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer service.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and report customer feedback to the relevant departments for continuous service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- **Digital Literacy**: Familiarity with various social media platforms and digital communication tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
