所需技能和经验:
- 母语为中文。
- 优秀的沟通技巧和问题解决能力。
- 在客户服务或呼叫中心的经验是一个加分项。
- 对我们的产品线有深入的了解。

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and Mandarin-speaking Customer Support professional to join our team in the Chemicals industry.

As an Customer Support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Your ability to effectively communicate and understand the needs of our customers will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools

Pay:
RM1, RM4,000.00 per month
