**主要职责：**

- **解决问题：** 识别客户问题并提供适当的解决方案。
- **订单处理：** 处理客户的订单，包括订单确认，发货和退货。
- **产品知识：** 熟悉我们的产品线，并能够向客户提供详细的产品信息和建议。

**所需技能和经验：**
- 母语为中文。
- 优秀的沟通技巧和问题解决能力。
- 在客户服务或呼叫中心的经验是一个加分项。
- 对我们的产品线有深入的了解。

**Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and Mandarin-speaking Customer Support professional to join our team in the Chemicals industry. As an Customer Support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our Mandarin-speaking customers. Your ability to effectively communicate and understand the needs of our customers will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools

Pay: RM1,721.94 - RM4,000.00 per month
