Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Mandarinspeaking clients.
  • Assist with inquiries related to product orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Address general health and wellness questions with empathy and accuracy.

  • Engage in meaningful conversations, understanding individual needs, and tailoring solutions.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in
    Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
