- 保持对公司产品和服务的深入了解，以便提供准确的信息。
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共享信息，提高服务质量。

**职位要求：**
- 流利的普通话口语和书写能力。
- 至少1年的客户服务或相关领域的经验。
- 熟悉社交媒体平台和在线聊天工具。
- 出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
- 能够在压力下工作，解决问题。

**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Social Media Chat Support (Mandarin Speaking). As a leading telecommunications company, we value excellent customer service and aim to provide our customers with the best possible support.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through social media platforms, specifically chat support, in Mandarin. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills in Mandarin, as well as solid knowledge of our products and services. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through social media chat platforms in Mandarin
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services
- Help customers navigate our website and provide guidance on available services
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been addressed and resolved to their satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our customer service database

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Previous customer service experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and familiarity with our products and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
