As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be to actively provide assistance and support to distributors, by maximizing their performance, fostering strong partnerships, and driving overall business growth.

By actively assisting and supporting distributors, the Tourism Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in maximizing their performance, fostering strong partnerships, and driving overall business growth.:
1. Providing Guidance: Offering guidance and advice to distributors on sales strategies, marketing tactics, and business development initiatives to help them effectively promote and sell tourism products and services.

2. Training and Education: Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance distributors' product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. Make sure they have the necessary expertise to successfully engage with customers and meet their needs.

3. Supplying Resources: Providing distributors with the necessary marketing materials, sales tools, and product information to facilitate their sales efforts, and enable them to effectively present and market the tourism offerings to potential customers. Including brochures, catalogs, samples and digital assets, etc., enabling them to effectively present and promote products and services to attract potential customers.

4. Resolving Issues: Addressing any concerns or issues raised by distributors in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Monitoring Performance: Maximize the performance of distributors by tracking the performance of distributors, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback to help them identify areas for improvement and optimize their sales strategies.

6. Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborating closely with distributors to foster strong working partnerships and ensure alignment between their goals and the overall business objectives. This includes regular communication, conducting joint planning meetings, organizing conferences or events, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing among distributors.

7. Market Insights: Sharing market trends, industry insights, and competitive analysis with distributors to help them stay informed and adapt their sales and marketing strategies accordingly. This information enables dealers to make informed decisions to maintain a competitive advantage, driving overall business growth.

8. Motivating and Recognizing Success: Providing motivation and recognition to distributors for their achievements and efforts, to foster a positive and supportive working environment.

Working hours:10am-7pm (Monday to Friday), 10am-2pm(Saturday)
