**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- To attend admin functions - enquiry from CS & ASK mailbox.
- Attend EZ Connect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
- To handle returned agreement, RC request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.
- Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply**:

- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Contract Period: 5 Months**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
