Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
- Update any upgrade or changes information of new hires, company rules and regulations, staff benefits, policies to the Engagement Associate for HR induction session.
- Maintain HR systems (payroll, leave, attendance) and keep with proper process guides.
- Manage payroll records by checking and reviewing changes in exemptions, deduction, fixed allowances, ad-hoc payment, job titles, department/ division transfers, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports; GL to Finance, attrition reports, etc.
- Develop training plan and dealing with the training providers.
- Identify and assess training needs, and co-ordinate learning and development initiatives for all staff.
- Arrange the training required for staff, such as registration, payment, feedback, etc.
- Manage the training budget and HRDC claim.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
