Customer Service

Attend to customer’s enquiries / request and feedback to ensure customer’s KPI are met.
- To coordinate and monitor for import & export shipments, transportations, and custom clearance
- Updating necessary information in our integrated logistics system.
- Liaise with sales and operations division on the delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.
- Work out with customer and warehouse personnel on stock discrepancies issues and other issue arise.
- Report updating for delivery status based on customer’s preferences and monthly sales report for sales and marketing team.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt to company systems for daily operations and communications.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm
- Alternate Saturday 9:00am - 1.00pm
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 per month
