**Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance in relation to Directors Office matters, such as:

- Updating, scheduling, and arranging of meetings, presentations and appointments including booking or meeting room.
- Minutes taking for management and other relevant meetings as required by Director.
- Liaison and follow-up with internal and external parties on work related

matters.
- Document controller of all company correspondences, agreements, various reports, and legal documents.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.

Perform other duties assigned by the Director orderly and efficiently.
- Provide support to the operations in the day to day running of the organization.
- To assist liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and

deliverables.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Perform various relevant analysis and research work as needed.
- To monitor, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups with related Head of Department

and ensure prompt result.
- Responsible to assist Director to handle, follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate

project tasks and report accordingly.
- Organize relevant personnel to review, supervise, evaluate and inspect the

company's development plan and implementation results.
- Master the company's overall operating conditions and provide first-hand

information for the Director to make timely business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Independent, dynamic, professionals, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Social Media web platforms.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and multitasking.

**Remuneration**

Up to MYR 4,500

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
