Customer Lifecycle Management Assistant

Responsible to define, manage and assess customer lifecycle management (CLM) strategy and activities
- Qualify online leads to support Company's sales objective and guarantee the seamless integration of leads into the sales process
- Conduct the need analysis together with customer and give best advice of the product
- Assign the best and suitable sales consultant with required knowledge to entertain the customer
- Supervise and service lead generating online channels and make distribution of the leads to each of the sales consultant
- Provide response and follow-up with customer in every online channel inclusive of response from customer in comment section and direct message
- Plan the after sales service strategy and method to be used with customer
- Conduct the after sales follow up contact with customer to maintain good relationship with customer

**Job Requirement**:

- Must possess at least Diploma in Marketing/Administration or equivalent
- Computer literate, ability to multitask and detail oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with various social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
