Human Resources Officer

1. Recruitment advertisement, interview, documentation of appointments, preparation of job description and new staff orientation 2. Training - coordination of in house and external program for organization 3. Monitor and update daily organization attendance to management 4. Review and acknowledge invoices from panel clinic 5.Foreign Workers Management - manages FOMEMA, check out memo, permit renewal 6. Hostel management - manages contracts of agreement with agent 7. Negotiating pricing from outsources agent 8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery order and invoices 9. Monitor stock level and place order for purchasing material supplies or equipment 10. Assists in training administration, HRDF claims and training records 11. Understand and advise management on latest labor law and guidelines requirements
