Human Resources Generalist

**Description**:
Take ownership of Prism+ talent search and engagement strategy, including employer branding as well as end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to on-boarding which includes:
- Ensuring the overall hiring process and execute the recruitment activities in a timely and effective manner (eg: arranging interviews, conducting reference checks).
- Managing company-wide recruitment timelines and meeting the defined hiring KPI and objectives within the stipulated deadlines.
- Working with the hiring managers to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions.
- Developing monitoring tools to set the global benchmarks and metrics, analyse hiring data to identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring operations, and report to the management team
- Responsible for providing administrative duties and support with key focus on recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
- Assist in the recruitment process (eg: arranging interviews, conducting reference checks).
- Responsible for HR database (including leave administration) and employee’s records are maintained accurately.
- Responsible for workers’ onboarding, offboarding and repatriation process.
- Responsible for employees’ insurance, medical benefits administration by ensuring all employee related insurance and medical claims are registered and maintained accurately.
- Support the company training and development initiatives in areas such as administering the company’s total training plan, training needs analysis and monitoring of grants & schemes for learning programme
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies such Department of Peninsula Malaysia (Ministry of Resources), EPF, SOCSO Board on employee related matters
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programs.
- Assist & participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Prior experience working in Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills with prior experience in Employment Practices and Regulations
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS office programs (eg: strong knowledge of mail merge, v-lookup, pivot table)
- Able to multi-task and man the workload during peak periods
