**About the Company**

Our client is a Malaysian brand with over 38 years of experience as a courier service provider. In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for talents who is experienced in the International Business. The role includes the nature of Business Development and lead in managing and strategically plan the annual business performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- To build a strong and scalable business development team to drive quality leads through for sales conversion.
- To acquire new customer business with solutions to identify the highest profit potential.
- To develop plan to achieve or exceed the revenue defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different channels of the business.
- To analyze P&L and Customer/Sales/Volume data to develop action plan to achieve targets and growth.
- To identify new market segments and target sellers through data-driven analysis on the market.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant Sales or Business Development experience in import/export express orFreight Forwarding industry focusing in airfreight business.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export express service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and BM, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
- Performance-driven.
- Result-oriented person with strong sales management.
- A number driven person and with proven sales track record.

**Remuneration**
- Basic Salary + Allowance
- Monthly Commission

**Salary**: RM1,782.16 - RM12,419.81 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
