**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Drive up selling and cross selling on top core online product with the goal to increase revenue.
- Take up selling and cross on top core online product with the goal to increase revenue.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and convert potential customers to use the platform.
- Identify and escalate issues (if there's any) appropriately.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in digital customer service is added advantage.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written and able to articulate your points clearly and positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment as well as multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Assertive to handle difficult interactions and customers.
- Ability to use digital tools to serve customers.
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya, USJ.
- Willing to work on Saturday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
