**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Training Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule training programs for beauty consultants and employees in various areas of Training, such as Induction Training, Supplier Training, and product knowledge.
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to participants.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, including presentations, product samples, and hands-on activities.

**2.** **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including participant attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Prepare and distribute training-related documents, such as training manuals, handouts, and assessments.
- Organize and maintain training files, documents, and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.

**3.** **Training Evaluation and Reporting**:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports, highlighting key metrics, participant feedback, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the cosmetic beauty industry or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for cosmetic beauty, including makeup techniques, skincare, beauty trends, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
