Secretarial Administrative Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:
- Act as the point of contact between Director and internal/ external clients
- Manage Director daily schedule, appointments and meetings
- Coordinate and keep track of activities as assigned by Director
- Perform Director secretarial work and provide Office with day-to-day administrative support
- Screen, handle requests and phone enquiries. Record and distribute
- Maintain Office filling system and update confidential files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- To monitor office supplies level and re-order whenever require upkeep stationary list, printer machines, pantry storage
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma holder in any related fields, with at least 1 year of PA or Secretarial working experience will be an added advantage
- Attention to details, honesty and reliability
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
