HR Admin Officer

Ipoh, Malaysia Polyware Sdn. Bhd. Full time

1. Recruitment process of new staff (For Junior level)

2. Manage staff resignation process

3. HR payroll processing and system management matter

4. Monitor foreign worker matters (permit renewal, foreign workers incoming and exit Malaysia, etc.)

5. Administer of office equipment

6. Ensure periodical/regular out-source service is carry out accordingly. Control out-source service record (such as Rentokil, fire extinguisher, etc.)

7. Coordinate, control and maintain system for (key phone, security, etc.)

8. To coordinate corporate events, company meetings and training programs for food and beverage

9. Assist in ensuring that the company’s policies and standard operating procedures.

10. Responsible for the smooth running of all administrative functions related to company’s daily operation

11. Responsible in sourcing quotations, review, negotiation with suppliers, final selection of suppliers and process Purchase Requisition

12. Any add hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
