**Job Summary**:
The HR Training Executive is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing training and development programs within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging content, and ensuring that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their performance and contribute to organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Needs Analysis:

- Conduct assessments to identify training needs across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop training programs, both in-person and online, tailored to meet identified needs.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content.

2. Training Delivery:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Utilize effective training methodologies to ensure comprehension and skill acquisition.
- Implement post-training assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with HR colleagues to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.

4. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and results.
- Generate reports to track the impact of training on employee performance and development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
