Custom Pricing Administrator

Support all administrative pricing activities including renewal, new quotes, rework requests and custom pricing clerical task.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensures defined processes are followed including internal and external requirements, custom pricing policy & etc.
- Handles data entry for royalty approval.
- Assists in administrative activities (eg: update prior year royalty into monthly batch renewal file)
- Perform Pricing SharePoint submission
- Produce daily/monthly reporting
**Required Education**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (business administrative, secretarial, finance) or related combination of education and experience.
**Required Experience**
- Fresh graduate or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Beginner in MS Office skills such as Outlook, Excel (basic formulas like sum, VLOOKUP).
**Other Requirement**
- Demonstrate ability to work well with focus on detailed data & number
- Basic communication, consulting, interpersonal and presentation skill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
