Customer Service Executive

**OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE**
**WORKING HOUR : ROTATIONAL SHIFT (6AM - 6PM | 6PM - 6AM)**
**JOB DETAILS**:
1. Handle incoming call from customer regarding their inquires (support electronic news system, google calendar, google product solution)
2. Provide good customer experience toward customers
3. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
4. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
5. Follow-up and update customer status and information on a timely manner as per standard guidelines by the company.
6. Work closely with internal teams and departments to resolve all customer related complaints and outages.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

**3. ABLE TO DO OVERTIME**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
