Job Description - Contributing to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy - Staying abreast with the latest developments, products, marketing promotions. - Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results. - Provide training to newbies and willing to travel. - Interduce new recipe of beverages. - Required to do food testing and inspection to other new outlets and ensure maintain the food quality. - Provide great customer service and promote coffee and other menu items to customers. - Prepare order (mainly drinks, including food) according to the menu protocol and ensure the products are up standards. - Maintain the Coffee Counter, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, to ensure a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol. - Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival. - Maintain a good hygiene standard in all food preparation process as per the Company’s Hygiene Protocol. Requirement - Required Bachelor Degree in any related studies with at least 1 years of working experience at the operational level, extensive coffee knowledge, especially Latte Art-Barista work is will be an advantage. - Excellent spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages will be an advantage. - Ability to learn quickly, dedicated and hardworking. - High level of initiative, desire for continuous learning and result oriented. - Pleasant and outgoing disposition. - Strong interpersonal skill and ability to deliver excellent customer service. - An organized individual with the ability to work independently as well as a strong team player. - Possess a positive and enthusiastic work attitude.
