Customer Service Officer

**Benefits**:
- Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift.
- Customer Service Allowance = RM250.
- KPI Allowance = up to RM 300.
- Language Allowance (Mandarin) = up to RM 600.

- Must be able to work on rotational shift basis (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days).
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible in **handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers** with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s needs.
- **Follow up and resolve customers complains **and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Channel and escalate unresolved issues or complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Analyzing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/services.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Minimum qualification: SPM with 1 years customer service experience.**:
- **Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply.**:
- Must be **able to communicate and write well in English.**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Willing to work on **24/7 rotation shift, 5 working days (Including weekends and Public Holiday) with 2 days off days in a week.**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
