Merchandise Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with marketing and operation team and front liners for the ongoing promotion and stock planning for Premium outlet stores.
- Store visit to ensure business has the optimum amount of stock to sell in store.
- To prepare and update monthly product new launch chart, weekly sell thru and sales analysis.
- To monitor sales performance for all premium outlet stores, and to ensure that sales is viable for the size allocation of each categorize.
- Organize tradeshow samples and record.
- Inter-co invoices and sales order.
- Any other administrative function.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 years working experience in retail and administrative functions.
- Experience in stock control and reporting would be advantageous.
- Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong Organization and prioritization skills.
- Preferably specializing in merchandising, product planning, sales retails or equivalent.
- Must be computer literate and strong knowledge of EXCEL.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
