**Key Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 4 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages (Mandarin / Cantonese) is an advantage
- Organized and able to priority tasks
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Conduct on site installation of equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order.
- Conduct on site scheduled planned maintenance visits.
- Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and other field service personnel.
- Travel to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel.
- Complete and submit field service reports.
- Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance.
- To liaise with customer for technical and after sales issues.
- To understand customer requirements and communicate to internal department / staff.
- Assisting senior technical support engineer in the installation, testing, and commissioning for the medical devices
- Assisting senior technical support engineer in repairing, calibration, and maintenance of the medical devices
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel.
