**JOB SCOPE**:

- Professionally Interact with **Astro **customers via WhatsApp to provide information and assistance
- Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Qualification - SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service. Diploma with 6 months working experience in customer service. Fresh graduate with Degree are encouraged to apply.
- **Experience in live chat customer service roles is desirable.**

**Working Location : Plaza Sentral, KL sentral**
- Working Days Monday - Sunday (2 days off)
- Rotational shift 9am - 6pm & 10am - 7pm
- Contract length: 12 months renewable
- Basic **RM2000 to RM2800 + KPI RM200**:

- Basic salary will be paid **RM1800 + RM200 KPI** during first 5 months probation period
- You will received **extra RM200** (upon completion of training) and up to **RM400 KPI** (for the first 3 months)
- KPI is based on performance and attendance

Upon confirmation, you will get an additional **confirmation bonus RM3500 **(full amount).

Salary increment is on the 6th months onwards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
