**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring efficiency.
- Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle all related purchasing for office and warehouse.
- Coordinating with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Managing office security systems and access control.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive office/warehouse maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks with external service providers.
- Handle pest control in office and warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address repairs or safety hazards.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and installations.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate measures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree or High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, maintenance, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, maintenance officer, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, HR principles, and health and safety regulations is preferred.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
