Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities Partnering with business units to support & provide strategic HR solution on recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and employee/industrial relations. Partner with leadership to identify areas of improvement, recommend strategies, and implement plans to enhance efficiency and productivity. Act as a change agent by introducing and managing change initiatives to ensure company goals are met. General HR Responsibilities (Recruitment and Payroll related task) Coordinate employee annual performance review with all business units and advising on the salary increment, promotion, reward and bonus according to management’s direction. Report & work with management to develop the workforce strategy & plans to ensure its people policies, culture and working practices enable high performance and organization capability as well as providing support through HR analytics for decision-making. To handle manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding process) Develop and implement HR strategic and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors/equivalent or relevant work experience At least 8 years substantial HR experience, with minimum 4 years manager level Knowledge in industrial field is highly preferable Strong leadership skills and experience managing diversity Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills Excellent influence, interpersonal communication, problem solving, follow up and creative solution generation skills Must be planned and organized, sufficiently detail oriented Demonstrated project management skills, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneously Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese language desirable
